APTC (DRY) WITH RUBBER BASED FRICTION PLATES - APTC clutch for Ducati motorcycles has been designed by Adler's R&D Dept. APTC is the revolutionary worldwide patented system which combines a slipper clutch with the power torque technology.
The virtual elimination of rear wheel hopping while downshifting is a primary feature of the APTC.
Another characteristic of the APTC is the relative ease by which the clutch lever can be pulled.
Ducati riders will certainly appreciate the way that the APTC facilitates the rapid acceleration of the bike when coming out of a turn.
